1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SEDI API, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. API Usage
You may access the SEDI API only via the documented endpoints and authentication methods. You must not exceed the rate limits specified in your plan. Abuse or excessive requests may result in throttling or suspension.
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Service Level
SEDI commits to 99.99% API uptime for Pro and Enterprise plans, measured monthly. Credits may be issued for verified downtime exceeding this threshold.
5. Limitation of Liability
SEDI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the API. Total liability is limited to the amount paid in the preceding 12 months.
