We collect information you provide when creating an account, including your name, email address, and billing information. We also collect API usage data including request logs, error rates, and performance metrics to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to operate, maintain, and improve SEDI services. We use usage data to monitor API performance, detect abuse, and develop new features. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
3. Data Retention
API request logs are retained for 90 days for Pro accounts and 30 days for Hobby accounts. Enterprise accounts may retain logs for up to 12 months. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
4. Data Security
All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.3. Data at rest is encrypted using AES-256. We undergo regular security audits and maintain SOC 2 compliance.
